Job Description

The incumbent is responsible for supporting the Director Branch Management and Director, Performance Management & Employee Services in aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated Branches of the Bank, formulating partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees of the branches that reflects the business objectives of the organization.

Job Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management, or another relevant subject or equivalent experience within the area of Expertise

Experience:

  •  At least 5 years’ relevant experience with 2 years’ experience as Senior Officer/ 1 year as Principal officer in a Supervisory role
