Job Position 1 – Office attendant

Required Qualification and Experience
Completion of 12th grade or 10th grade with current education system

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

At least 2 years of relevant work experience and NGO experience is preferable
Good spoken of Afaan Oromo and English language
Good interpersonal skill
Experience of File Scanning and Documentation
Commitment to and understanding of Save the children’s aim, values and principles

Job Purpose

The office attendant is accountable for keeping the sanitation, the cleanliness, hygiene of the office, and office equipment to the best satisfaction of the organization as well as prepares and serve tea and coffee for staffs as per the standard Save the children systems, policy, and procedure.

Job Position 2 – Supply chain Officer

Required Qualification and Experience

Essential
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Management of Supply chain / Logistics and preferably in the NGO environment, including significant field operations experience running both development and emergency programs;
BA Degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Development Studies or other business management fields;
Field level experience in procurements and logistics for INGOs in international development and emergency programmed
Knowledge of key institutional donors and their compliance requirements in respect of logistics and procurement
Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills including influencing, negotiation and coaching.
Experience of solving complex issues through analysis, definition of a clear way forward and ensuring buy in.
Commitment to Save the Children values.
Ability and willingness to change work practices and hours in the event of major emergencies including travelling at short notice and for extended periods of time
Highly organized with good administration skills for order and information management, able to develop filing systems and databases to ensure an auditable trail.
A high level of computer literacy (word, excel, ppt etc)

Desirable;
Excellent communication & interpersonal skill
Computer skills, especially Microsoft Office

Job Position 3 – HR and SG Intern [0 Year]

Required Qualification and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in management, Administration, or relevant social Science fields
Knowledge of Microsoft applications software’s (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.)
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Strong interest in developing a career in HR and SG.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and integrity.
