Job Position 1 – Digital Marketing Officer

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BA/BSC degree in marketing/IT/Management/ or a related field
Experience: 3-4 years of working experience in digital marketing
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools like Google Analytics,
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ad words campaigns

Responsibilities

Plan and execute all digital marketing, including, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
Design, build and maintain our social media presence
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Job Position 2 – Senior Accountant

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BA degree in Accounting٫ Finance or other relevant fields; a certification will be an advantage.
Experience: At least five years’ experience as a senior accountant.
Experience in managing accountants and junior analysts desired.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Profound experience with typical accounting procedures
Good experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process
Good knowledge and of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards(IFRS), AABE requirements, and related Government regulations
Good practical experience with accounting software packages٫ Peach tree, QuickBooks and other
Good knowledge of financial accounting statements and business trends
Good understanding of MS Office٫ especially Excel
Strong analytical and quantitative skills٫ with accuracy and attention to detail

Job Position 3 – Customer Service Division Manager

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BA degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or related field.
Experience: Five years proven working experience as senior customer service officer of which two years as Customer Service supervisor.
Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools and awareness of the hospital industry’s latest technology trends and applications will be advantageous.

Job Description

Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
Set a clear customer service targets and deploy strategies to meet target predefined targets .
Develop service procedures, policies and standards
Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
Undertake data analysis compile accurate reports
Overseeing and assessing customer service staff activities, and providing them with regular performance-related feedback.
Strategizing and monitoring the daily activities of customer service operations.
Assisting customer service staff with duties where required.
Coaching staff in areas of customer service and company policies.
Managing cashier coverage and customer flow to ensure proficient customer service.
Monitoring and authenticating returns, exchanges, and voids.
Investigating and solving customer service complaints.
Assisting with the development and implementation of service policies, Maintaining documentation pertaining to customer service department activities.
Performing additional duties where needed.
