Job Position: Security Guard – I (Female)

Essential Functionality:

  • Patrolling and securing the area and ensure protection of properties and facilities
  • Protecting the company’s assets relative to theft, assault, fire and other safety issues
  • Authorize entrance of people and vehicles
  • Report any suspicious behaviors and happenings
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Job Requirement:

Place of Work: Meragna, Bishoftu, Chiro, Batu, Modjo

Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Qualification:10th/12thGrade Complete
  • Experience: – two/2 years of relevant experience in the Military service.
  • Age: Between 25-50

Essential Functions:

Job Position: Junior Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Officer

Purpose of the Job: To provide assistance in implementing the activities related to talent acquisition and on-boarding, recruitment, selection and orientation processes

Generic Functions:

  • Provide the required  assistance in all  activities of the work unit;
  • Properly maintain important files/records and avail when required;
  • Engage in teamwork, collaboration, and transparency work practices;
  • Adhere to internal control system and risk management program of the Bank;
  • Participate in developing, reviewing and implementing policies & procedures, plan /budget, performance report of the division;
  • Handle other tasks as requested by his/her supervisor

Specific Functions:

  • Participate in all talent acquisition and on -boarding processes.
  • Processes and handles recruitment of new employees in accordance with the existing

procedure of the bank;

  • Sustain or/and improve key recruiting KPIs Plan and implement a Recruitment Marketing and Employer Branding strategy to attract high quality applicants ;
  • Prepare vacancy announcement;
  • Facilitate pre-employment activities;
  • Prepare Bio-data of internal/external vacancy applicants for further recruitment process;
  • Handle other tasks as requested by his/her supervisor

Job Requirement:

Qualification: BA in HRM, Business Administration, Management, and any other related fields.

Experience: 1 years of relevant experience preferable in banking industry

Position 3: Junior Project Business Analyst 

Essential Functions:

Job Position: Junior Project Business Analyst

Purpose of the Job: Carefully assesses and analyzes any and all business implications that may be involved. They are in charge of sourcing, documenting, and preparing reports to improve services in the organization.

Generic Functions:

  • Clearly communicate any obstacles to raise awareness and avoid project impediments and overall project timeline disruption
  • Analyze and propose configurations and other changes within the system per business requirements
  • Coordination with architects to understand and effectively communicate solution direction for the project with team members, ensuring inclusion of all required resources

Specific Functions:

  • Develop Use cases to support BRD in order to expand on Business Scenarios
  • Assist Project Area with regulatory work
  • Complete Data review and analysis
  • Complete Daily reporting responsibilities for Risk
  • Work closely with financial advisors
  • Support day-to-day billing operations
  • Troubleshoot issues related to a client’s account
  • Work directly with IT for the testing of new system enhancements
  • Gather, document, and track information
  • Provide detailed analysis on accounts and relationships
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement:
Qualification: 
MA/MBA/BA in Project Management/ Project Planning and Monitoring / Business Administration or any other related fields
Experience: One /1 years of relevant experience in banking   industry.
N.B: Applicants those are having with a Project Management Certification is advantageous
