Generic Functions:

  • Contribute to the bank’s profitability as per the target set;

Specific Functions:

  • Participate in the development the reward, recognition, incentive, and benefit package of the bank
  • Provide overall expertise in all aspects of reward and employee service to sustain a high-performance work culture which attracts and engages necessary talent;
  • Provide employee benefits programs such as insurance, leaves, safety, health working conditions and other employee services and keep records safe;
  • Collect and compile relevant data to develop comprehensive rewards programs that are competitive and cost-effective for the bank.
  • Handles payments, benefits and various requests of employees;
  • Handle other related duties as may be required.

Job Requirement:

Qualification: BA   in   Management,   Business Management, Public Administration or any other related fields

Experience: 3 years of relevant banking experience of which one/1 year officer position

Position : 2 Digital Banking Operations Officer

Essential Functions:

Job Position: Digital Banking Operations Officer

Purpose of the Job: This is to assure the expected activities under Digital Payment Reconciliation are going as per the procedure and to perform tasks that improve the quality of reconciliation and account settlement.

Generic Functions:
Check posts, reconcile and balance of all accounts receivable, payable accounts, and accounts that have a suspense nature on a daily basis;
Maintains a continuous follow up for settlement of the account;
Maintains tickets, reports, and tracer or evidential documents under her/his custody for further reference;
Process merchant file, check the status of anomaly transactions and reprocess, forward merchant file report to the concerned;
Prepares suspense aging report and forwards it to the Manager on monthly basis;
Specific Functions: International Payment Scheme, and merchants;
Timely follow up and settle claims from a merchant related to dispute transaction amount and fees (if any);
Prepares and organizes adjustment document for posting of the disputed transaction;
Receive and check suspicious commission payment transactions;
Check and approve transaction entries and standing instructions on the Mobile Money system; Ensure that documents in the record room are safely maintained;
Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement:
Qualification: BA in Business Management /Accounting/ Economics/ Business Administration/ Finance and Economics or any other related fields
Experience: Three /3 years of relevant experience in banking   industry of which one/1 year on officer position.
